Our Commitment

Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online casino and betting is a form of entertainment. At bt789 we believe the experience is truly enjoyable only when each player plays with awareness and in control. However, if gambling goes beyond control, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life.

bt789 always places responsible gaming at the highest priority. We have built into our platform all the tools and features that help you monitor and control your gaming habits. Our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every player.

Important: bt789 is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Access by minors is completely prohibited. Please ensure your device is not within reach of anyone under the age of 21.

Protection Features

bt789 Safety Tools

We offer a range of features to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.

Set Deposit Limits

Set in advance how much you will deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 7-day cooldown period applies if you want to increase a limit.

Session Time Limits

Set a time limit for how long you play in one session. When the time is up, bt789 will automatically alert you and, if needed, end the session. This feature protects you from the risk of playing for hours on end.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break, temporarily close your account for a set period — from 1 week up to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, no transactions or betting will be possible on your account.

Betting History Review

View your complete betting and transaction history at any time. This information is very useful for understanding your spending patterns and making informed decisions.

Time-Out Break

If you need a short break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will not be active and you will not be able to log in.

24/7 Support

For any questions about responsible gaming, contact our Bengali-language support team. We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
